Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sagar Hospitals. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. This position requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Certification in HR management (optional)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and evaluating candidates
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required
