Job Title:  Airbnb Guest Relations Manager -  Location:  Mumbai -  Job Type:  Full time and remote.

Monthly Salary:   Rs.30,000/-to  Rs.50,000/- .

Job Description:

We are seeking an Airbnb Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As an Airbnb Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.

The coordinator should be available on their phone every day from 9AM to 10PM to answer to enquiries and any issues promptly! 

Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary point of contact for guests staying at our Airbnb properties, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

· Manage all aspects of the Airbnb booking process, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

· Collaborate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate property cleanings, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

· Handle guest complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Maintain guests records. 

Requirements:

· Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Flexibility to be available on your phone/computer to answer enquiries within 1h, any time from 9AM to 10PM, 7 days a week.
