Experience : 2-3 Yrs Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage the right affiliates and partners for DaMENSCH. Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management. Plan and implement overall partnerships and affiliate strategies to boost user acquisition and drive revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product development, and legal, to ensure successful partnership implementation and execution. Track, measure, and optimize the performance of affiliates and partners; make reports regularly and give feedback. Keep updated with industry trends and do competitor analysis. Support other work of the marketing team. Requirements: 2-3 years of Affiliate/Partnership marketing experience in the D2C fashion industry Proven track record of driving growth and revenue with partners and affiliate programs Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with affiliate tracking tools Skills: Partnership/affiliate marketing, Strategic alliance, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Project management, Data analyticsJob tags
