Role And Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily front of the house and back of the house operations.
  • Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Hiring and training new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Organizing and supervising employee shifts.
  • Creating detailed reports on revenue and expenses.
  • Implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining policies and protocols for future restaurant operations.
  • Producing and maintaining a measurable succession plan for all levels within the organization.
  • Monitoring floor supervisors and assisting with service-related activities.
  • Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards in all restaurant outlets.

Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of front and back of the house restaurant operations.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing revenue and expenses.
