Role And Responsibilities As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily front of the house and back of the house operations.
- Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Hiring and training new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Organizing and supervising employee shifts.
- Creating detailed reports on revenue and expenses.
- Implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining policies and protocols for future restaurant operations.
- Producing and maintaining a measurable succession plan for all levels within the organization.
- Monitoring floor supervisors and assisting with service-related activities.
- Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards in all restaurant outlets.
Candidate Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of front and back of the house restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing revenue and expenses.
