Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office by managing tasks such as printing documents, generating invoices/work orders/official documents, coordinating internal activities, and facilitating effective communication with staff, transporters and customers and site engineer & workers .
Responsibilities:
Documents Printing and Generation:
o Efficiently handle the printing of documents.
o Generate accurate and timely work related documents.
Coordination:
o Oversee the process to ensure timely delivery of work.
o Coordinate internal activities to optimize office/site operations.
Office Management:
o Assist in maintaining the overall functionality of the office.
o Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Communication:
o Communicate with site workers for day to day update.
o Follow up with site workers for any work related inquiries.
Requirements:
· Back office Operations and admin assistant skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills for effective coordination.
· Proficient in computer usage, including knowledge of basic software applications. (Microsoft family)
· Familiarity with Gmail/outlook and ability to manage communication through email.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Ability to analyze admin and data entry task assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree. (BCA, B.Com, B.Ss, B.tech)
· Must have knowledge about computer.
· Preferred hands on experience in back office.
· Experience required: 0-2 years
