Job description

Interact with customers to resolve technical / nontechnical queries within SLA & achieve C-Sat.

Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues & Being a customer ambassador who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience.

Build sustainable relationship with the clients & solve their issues with minimum TAT.

Handle first level troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve incidents at first level to balance work load of second level technical support team.

Supporting customers via Voice, Chat, Email, Social Media.

In depth knowledge of Operating system, Networking, Digital Device security awareness.

Effective communicate (spoken & written) , Working professional. In Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada.
