Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment . Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc., Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct on-site interviews. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Extend job offers and facilitate pre-employment checks. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Maintain candidate databases

Requirements: Proven work experience as recruiter. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
