Job description
Responsibilities:
As a Backend Developer Lead your responsibilities will include:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of software engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and expertise to the team ensuring highquality code and successful project delivery.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of development projects ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
- Actively contribute to backend development projects using JavaScriptrelated frameworks (e.g. Node.js etc.).
- Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality enforce best practices and promote knowledge sharing.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation within the team by exploring new technologies and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and features.
Requirements:
To excel in this role you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Substantial experience in software development with a strong track record of leading and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in architectural design and software development best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in backend development using JavaScriptrelated frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
