Reporting to Manager - Trade Marketing , is responsible for multi brnaded channel's prospection, activation and productivty and mplementing systems/processes for better reporting and control in budget management including maintenance of budgets and provisions, regional data reporting on expense & provision and utilization trends and percentages. Building & developing a committed set of vendors pertinent to the business.
Principal Responsibilities:
- The position is responsible to maintain AD wise & DD wise performance, , analyse the data to suggest gaps in channel, interact with field team to plan for new distributors &
- The position is Responsible to monitor & ensure count & volume delivery from new channel. Identify whitespace geographies & work towards onboarding right set of channel partners. Interact regularly with Sales team to understand their issues pertaining to sales support. Intervene and resolve their issues. Conduct regular market audit to understand gap area and to ensure channel hygiene. Updating management on prevailing gaps and steps required to plug gaps. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly channel objective and identify new business opportunities. Handle MBR equipment channel. Interact with various stakeholders (Equipment vendor, Sales Team, Finance, and legal) on regular basis for MBR equipment agreements
Required Experience:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in sales operations / support roles, including both field and corporate. Exposure to sales a must. Exposure to Rural Markets is an advantage
- Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing operations, audit compliances.
- Strong knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in relevant systems (i.e. MS Office products, ERP system (SAP preferred), or similar application).

- Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility.
- Ability to network with multifunctional stakeholders viz. (Finance, Channel Partners, Customer service, HR , Vendors, etc).
- Demonstrates a high level of understanding of all key aspects of Sales Operations.
- Develops team members through coaching and feedback on results. Shares personal knowledge and experience. Moves decisively on performance problems.
Education: A full time MBA from reputed institute/college is required
