Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BTL Marketing professional, located in Hyderabad. The BTL Marketing role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns that target specific audiences. The role requires analyzing consumer insights, organizing events, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Location-Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon(WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage a BTL Marketing activities to maximize lead generation and enrolments for the Study Abroad programs
- Liaising with relevant colleges/educational institutes, plan & execute seminars, generate leads
- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement
- Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness
- Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
- Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief
- Creating brand/product awareness across all segments and actively taking part in local promotions
- Evaluation and monitoring of recruitment and marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to budget
- Develop market-specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in the region
- Plan & manage the periodic Ground Activation and promotions
- Facilitate & manage end-to-end presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions
- Speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
- Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region
- Collaborate with cross functional teams like Sales/ Marketing of Study Abroad Education Services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing BTL marketing strategies with proven track record in planning & executing successful end-to-end BTL activities and events
- Has built connections with colleges and educational institutes and has maintained a robust network with them
- In-depth understanding of offline/BTL marketing, including key trends, competitors, and target demographics
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and agencies for promotional activities. Strong networking skills to enhance the brand's presence and partnerships
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with external partners and affiliates
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define key guidelines for campaigns and ensure adherence to briefs
- Proven ability to evaluate and monitor recruitment and marketing activities for effectiveness and budget adherence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals for the assigned region
- Proven ability to plan and innovate new marketing initiatives regularly to enhance brand recall and awareness.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Flexibility to travel and participate in ground activation and promotions as required in different cities
- Having prior experience in the Study Abroad domain is an advantage
