Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at CapTalent HR. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR consulting services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Certification in HR management is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex HR issues
- Manage employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop customized solutions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Build strong relationships with clients and promote client satisfaction
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
