Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Agent located in Chennai. The Patent Agent will be responsible for patent application drafting, Prior Art/FTO searches, and portfolio managment. The Patent Agent will also be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing technical documents and scientific data, drafting patent applications, and preparing written submission and documentations. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/IT/Computer Strong knowledge and experience in Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, Patent Law, Patentability, and Patent Searching Experience in Patent Search and analysis of technical documents and scientific data, and preparation of legal briefs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience in attending hearing with Patent Office is a plusJob tags
