Client Services Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Kochi. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing data and feedback to drive business performance. The role requires the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, as well as the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Experience in client services, business relationship management and client relations.
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
• Excellent analytical skills to identify areas of business performance improvement
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
