Job Description

  1. Oversee housekeeping operations for the plant premises and residential colonies, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

  2. Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including transportation logistics and scheduling.

  3. Administer canteen services and supervise guest house operations to provide satisfactory accommodations for visitors and employees.

  4. Manage courier services, hotel bookings, and ticket reservations to facilitate smooth business operations.

  5. Ensure timely distribution and maintenance of employee uniforms, shoes, and other necessary items.

  6. Handle invoicing and billing for all administrative activities, maintaining accurate records.

  7. Manage communication channels including CUG and intercom systems to facilitate effective internal communication.

  8. Organize and oversee transportation-related welfare activities for employees.

  9. Facilitate audits related to administrative functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  10. Act as a liaison with local authorities such as police, community leaders, and government officials to address administrative matters and maintain positive relationships.
