Job description
4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Evaluation of proposals put up for recommendations / approval as per credit policy
Regular functional training for business team credit team across retail LAP products
Responsible for peer-review process in underwriting field visit review process in sampling to ensure that the credit mechanism is robust and scalable
Responsible for publishing Branch credit quality scores and red- reports to the senior management team based on the inputs from underwriting credit intelligence team.
Responsible to monitor construction completion for fully disbursed cases in retail loan to comply with regulatory norms.
Analysis of regular bouncing customers to identify the lead indicators of portfolio stress and provide suitable inputs to the senior management team to fine tune the credit policy
Follow-up on bounce collection through branch and business team to ensure zero delinquency.
