Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Functional Consultant located in Bhilai, responsible for analyzing clients' business requirements and configuring ERP to meet those needs. The ERP Functional Consultant will design, develop, and implement customized ERP solutions, provide training, conduct testing, and support clients post-implementation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

• Has a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field, with 0-3 years of experience in ERP/SAP Business One implementation and support
• Is able to analyze and interpret clients' business needs and translate them into technical solutions using ERP.
• Has experience with SQL queries, ERP project life cycle, system design, and business processes
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members at all levels
• Is motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Has experience with sales and business development is a plus
