Designation : - BIM COORDINATOR and BIM ARCHITECT
Location : - Kothrud, Pune
Experience : - 3 to 4 Years
We are looking for the BIM coordinator and BIM architect for the below JD.
Key Skills : -
- · Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly
- · Coordinate with general contractor and other trades and provided 3D coordination.
- · Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained
- · Interact with the client as well as other stakeholder to provide all the detailed construction documents.
- · Articulate the opportunity by making a detailed line presentation of business models.
- · Develop project parameters, templates, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- · Manage the overall process as Project coordinator by solving combing of all discipline's coordination issues.
- · Ensure all the aspects required for necessary testing are complete and subsequent information is reported.
- · Provide Revit Architecture / BIM Fundamental and Intermediate training to staff and technical orientation for analyze and provide best solution to the client.
- · BIM Implementation on Small- & Large-Scale Projects.
- · Understand requirements of different RIBA stages (LODs, LOIs, etc.)
- · BIM project delivery of all s including large & complex Civil Infrastructure
- · Coordinate process experience including working with consultants using multiple platforms
- · Should have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as PAS 1192-2: 2013 and BS 1192: 2007
