Designation: Software Engineer – I
Role: Frontend Engineer
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with a strong foundation in JavaScript,
Angular/React, HTML, and CSS. If you are a creative thinker who can deliver on aggressive
timelines, have a drive for growth, and prefer to contribute to product features hands-on, we
want to hear from you. Our backend services are built using Java and CDI, while our frontend
leverages Angular. This role is critical to our companys strategy, offering a fantastic
opportunity for a motivated developer to significantly impact our product development from
the ground up.
Responsibilities:
∙ Be an excellent team player with a proven track record of working on SaaS products,
demonstrating a passion for crafting exceptional code.
∙ Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of decomposing
complex issues into manageable tasks and developing a clear solution roadmap.
∙ Have experience writing high-quality, well-tested frontend components that can be
utilized across multiple systems. Provide additional management, coding, and
engineering support for specific projects as necessary.
∙ Demonstrate expertise in frontend development, creating responsive and user-friendly
interfaces.
∙ Auditing existing setup of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. of large
e-commerce brands and remediating any gaps identified.
∙ Understand the product mission, goals, and tasks, collaborating with the team to
achieve them.
∙ Develop website tagging frameworks outlining all the functionalities required for
tagging.
∙ Contribute to the design and architecture of the platform, building or suggesting
improvements for modules to enhance stability and user experience.
∙ Enhance the quality of our frontend code and user experience.
Requirements:
∙1+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, including frameworks/libraries such
as Angular and React.
∙ Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
∙ Experience with RESTful/SOAP web services and third-party API integrations.
∙ Well versed with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, etc.
and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.
∙ Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
∙ Knowledge of modern CI/CD environments: Git
∙ Familiarity with development tools like Postman, IntelliJ, and frontend testing tools.
