About Role: This exciting role of an Analyst, Social Listening requires you to monitor Digital Media for our global brands. Your understanding of RSS Feeds and Google Search would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to Support data collection, data cleaning, and data synthesis efforts for research and communications measurement initiatives Potentially participate in the following activities for clients or new business: Complete traditional or social landscape analyses Hand coding of attributes for custom scoring Clean data from landscape analyses to remove extraneous results, including press releases. Evaluate owned and competitive social channels. Improve listening platform taxonomies through manual entry. Contribute data pulls for monthly issues reports. Regular data pulls from social listening topic to populate monitoring reports. Regular data pulls to incorporate into listening reporting. Use a range of media listening/aggregation platforms, such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Konnect Insights, Meltwater etc Ensure all project work is performed in adherence with best practices and quality standards. Ensure client deliverables present a coherent and compelling narrative supported by data.

You will be working closely with Global clients and account managers of our Global clients of our Market Research team & Monitoring team. This role will report to the Manager of Media Monitoring. This may be the right role for you if you have Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models Detail oriented, critically thinking when it comes to data. Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful insights. Ability to analyze data and extract the most salient points that provide important audience or market insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Exposure to listening tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr

preferred but not required. A consummate team player who brings a passionate, positive, high-energy approach to client service and delivering results. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Results-focused approach and commitment to consistently meeting and exceeding the highest-quality standards of client service. Agency experience is preferred but not required.
