Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Facilitate the interview process by providing guidance to both candidates and hiring managers, including interview preparation and feedback.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including providing updates on the status of their application and addressing any concerns or questions.
Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes for newly hired candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and staffing needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the client experience
