Job description
- Assisting in the finalization of accounts of Multiple companies on a quarterly basis
- General accounts closing activities
- Ledger scrutiny and review of trial balance
- Assisting in getting quarterly financial statements reviewed/audited by statutory auditors of the company in very tight timelines.
- Coordinating with Internal auditors
- Assistance in quarterly board reporting
- RERA certification
- Review of demand raised on customer
- Maintenance of customer master for residential project
- Timely payment of TDS
- GST compliance ( Timely filling of monthly GST returns )
- Assistance in the preparation of annual Income tax return
- Assistance in the preparation of details for income tax assessment / Appeals
Requirements
Charted Accountant with 5+ experience in reputed /mid-sized Listed companies preferably in real estate
