Job description
The Job role for the PMO would be
1.Assign talent and resources to projects.
2.Clarify project scopes and deliverables with stakeholders.
3.Coordinate capabilities, workload, and resources across multiple projects.
4.Develop resource plans using resource scheduling tools.
5.Document changes in scope, and issues and risks that affect project implementation.
6.Establish project requirements to determine human resources, information, materials and technology needed.
7.Establish project timelines, activities, resource plans and cost estimates.
8.Provide feedback to direct reports and junior team members.
9.Provide on-the-job training to direct reports and junior team members.
10.Recommend schedule changes and adjustments to cost and resources.
11.Track projects against established schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets.
13.Track staff skillsets and certifications.
14.Should have excellent communication skills
