Job description
Responsible for data cleansing, validation & testing, and performing analysis on large volumes of data.
Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for primary stakeholder groups (Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources Leaders & Business Partners, etc).
Deliver meaningful, actionable insights and analysis. The analysis will help drive succession & workforce planning, recruitment strategies, workforce reorganization, and enable leaders to make strategic, data-drive decisions.
Display an innovative mindset to expand the team s capabilities by automating and streamlining current processes.
Foster relationships and collaborate with Center of Excellence leaders, Business Partners, and various functional organizations, such as Finance and Information Technology, to understand business requirements and drive innovation to deliver solutions.
Ensure that all data activities are aligned with company goals and global data privacy standards.
Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive human capital data and high-profile business strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related technical discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in analysis using research, data, and information to support decision making.
Broad industry knowledge of HR processes and data (ex. Workforce Metrics, Recruitment Practices, Compensation, Performance/Talent Management, etc)
Ability to work with a virtual team across different time zones.
Proficient in, MS Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, and DAX.
Proficient in SQL Server and MS Azure
Ability collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across multiple assignments/projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with Workday HCM
Familiarity with MS Azure Machine Learning (ML)
