Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter (Fresher Only) to join our HR team. As a fresher in the field of recruitment, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while assisting in the talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform candidate assessments
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and arrange interview logistics
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in Hiring Process: Support the HR team in various stages of the hiring process
