Over 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps & Cloud Engineering, specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. Minimum 2 years of experience in GCP within the span of 6+ years in DevOps. Expertise in designing, and implementing complex cloud DevOps solutions on GCP, leveraging cloud native or industry leading services like GKE, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, for scalability, security, and reliability. In-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including serverless computing using Cloud Run and containerization with Kubernetes Engine, enabling the development of cutting-edge solutions. Proficient in infrastructure as code (IAC) and automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Google Cloud Deployment Manager to streamline deployment processes and ensure consistency across GCP environments. Excellent in Bash Shell Scripting or any one programming Language like Python etc. DevOps background with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, integration with service management products like ServiceNow Strong understanding of cloud delivery models public, private and hybrid. CI/CD in cloud or deploy QA/Dev/Staging/Prod environments in cloud Proven Experience with open source monitoring and visualization systems and tools, i.e. Prometheus (monitoring + tracing), Grafana/Kibana (dashboards) etc. Experience with GitOps in implementation and operations. Strong background in network architecture and cloud networking, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimizing network performance on GCP using services such as Google Cloud VPC and Google Cloud Load Balancing. Strong understanding of IAM roles and policies AD/AAD design & setup in multi-cloud environment Skilled at cost optimization strategies on GCP, utilizing Google Cloud Cost Management tools to balance performance and efficiency and achieve cost-effective cloud solutions. Known for exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, addressing complex issues related to GCP infrastructure. Committed to delivering robust cloud solutions on GCP that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
