Designation/Role: Technical Writer
Experience: 23 years
Description: Were looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Writer to join our team bringing 23 years of experience to the table. As we strive to enhance our product documentation FAQs articles release notes newsletters and website content we need someone who can seamlessly translate technical details into userfriendly and engaging material.
Desired skills: Responsibilities:
Prepare FAQs by liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that documentation is up to date and in sync with the current and upcoming releases.
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organizations vision and mission to inspire ideas and content.
Develop hardware and software User Guides Installation Procedures Release Notes and Product Datasheets.
Ensure that new and existing documents and content are uptodate accurate and under proper revision control.
Become wellversed in all aspects of product support and client relations to handle any queries that may arise.
Coordinate with multiple internal teams to understand and then deliver on the KRA s set.
