ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is a
creative thinker, loves to analyze data and good in problem solving. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands. We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Marketing: · Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns with digital content · Running marketing campaigns across digital platforms · Sending out targeted SMS offers to California Burrito mobile database · Developing a community of customers to get feedback from 2. Reporting/Analysis: · Conducting research to identify, segment and define audiences · Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies · Gauging effectives of digital ad spends · Updating databases and use California Burrito ERP-based customer relationship management system 3. Brand: · Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy · Maintain websites and keep abreast of data analytics · Write and proofread creative copy · Community management and responses to reviews BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · Experience with Online and Offline Marketing · Good with Excel skills · Well-versed in digital platforms like Facebook, Adwords PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Math and statistics knowledge · Degree/Certification in Digital Marketing · Well versed in Excel Macros, SQL or Python SALARY Will depend on experience. Upto 3.5LPA.
