Job description
Hiring CA for a management advisory firm headquartered in Singapore that specializes in Investment Advisory, Debt Advisory, Business Restructuring, Direct and Indirect Taxation, ESG Reporting, Accounting, Audit, and other CFO Services across APAC.
In India, it has a direct presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, and Chennai.
Designation: CA – GIFT City
Key Responsibilities includes:
Financial Reporting: • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Tax Planning and Compliance: • Advise clients on tax planning strategies and help them optimize their tax positions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, individual, and indirect taxes.
Advisory and Consultancy: • Provide expert guidance on financial management, risk assessment, and business strategy.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
• Offer recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance: • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Assist clients in implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing timely and relevant financial advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services to clients.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's technical and professional skills.
