Position: Inside Sales Executive- US Sales Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (EST and CST time zone) Base Location: Noida/Delhi/NCR /Remote - Looking for early 20-30 days joiners. Job Description: The IT CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our CRM solutions to clients across various industries in the United States. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. - Develop and execute strategy for New Logo Acquisition within the USA. - Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives. - Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan information - Promote solutions-selling with a focus on value-add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish business partners at the customer's C-Suite Level. - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. - Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. - Qualify prospects against TechMatrix Data criteria for ideal customers and sales. - Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects. - Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders and decision-makers. - Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and implementation specialists, to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. - Must have worked in US Market in IT Domain. - Must be able to maintain daily tracker with status and follow ups details. - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or CRM software industry in US Market. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of CRM technologies and their applications in business environments. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mind-set and a sense of urgency to close deals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM Salesforce Interested one can share your resumeJob tags
