Job Profile
- Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on different functions of HR in a Manufacturing Industry (i.e Talent Acquisition, Time Office, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement etc.).
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Work with stakeholders on internal HR communication.
Skills And Other Requirements - Must be a full-time MBA graduates with a specialization in HR
- Must be well versed with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in Content writing, preparing creatives/banners will be an added advantage
- Should be a quick learner
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
