Preference for experience in selling Oleochemicals &/or surfactants or related chemicals applicable to personal care, home care, food & pharmaceutical industries. Job Profile: Chemical Sales:

Inbound + Field Sales (Domestic & Exports) Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) or Chemistry (B.Sc. Or M.Sc.) Industry:

Trading & Stockholding of Industrials Chemicals

| Position:

Full Time Permanent -02 Nos Initial Salary/CTC:

INR 4.0–5.5 LPA With Perks and Benefits [Salary: -Fixed Component+ Allowances with additional Variables (Based on performance)] Traveling Allowances:

Local train pass provided for conveyance. | Out-of-city travelling expenses covered by the company. Office Hours –

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Actively search for potential buyers through various channels. Employ market insights to identify new business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. 2.

Database Management:

Maintain an organized database of existing clients, leads, and contacts. Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions. Analyze data to identify trends and capitalize on sales opportunities. 3.

Communication and Correspondence:

Engage with clients via email and phone to address inquiries and provide product information. Ensure prompt and professional follow-up on inquiries and orders. Draft corporate letters with precision and clarity for effective communication. 4.

Client Meetings and Presentations:

Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding. Key Skills and Competencies: 1.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) or Chemistry (B.Sc. Or M.Sc.) 2.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales in or in any reputed company or Industrial Products trading firm. Preference for experience in selling Oleochemicals &/or surfactants or related chemicals applicable to personal care, home care, food & pharmaceutical industries. 3.

Proficiency in MS Office,

including MS Excel and Computer Applications 4.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

in English. 5. Ability to effectively engage in email and telecommunication. 6. Strong convincing ability and negotiation skills. Technical Mastery/ Knowledge: 1.

In-depth knowledge of chemical compositions and properties to understand product specifications and customer requirements. 2. Familiarity with production processes related to industrial chemicals,

enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams. 3.

Understanding of raw materials

used in personal care, home care, health care, food, and pharmaceutical industries, including their applications and functionalities. 4.

Knowledge of industry-specific applications and product usage, allowing for tailored solutions and effective customer engagement.
