Position Title: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Location: Pune
KRA 1: Active Lead Generation
● Building a Strong Opportunity funnel
● Increase inbound leads
● Scoring the elusive first meeting with qualified hot prospects
● Industry intelligence - Identifying trends of the industry in the targeted geography,
building industry reports
● Account intelligence- Building intelligence of selective accounts (persona mapping,
account news tracking)
KRA 2: Championing Lead Generation Marketing & Branding Strategies
● Expert in using LinkedIn as an efficient channel for marketing
● Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator
● Hunting for Prospects using cold and warm calling techniques
● Content Development for various digital and offline channels (Good to have)
● Targeted Account marketing: Buyer frequency mapping, more intelligent and marketing
messaging for conversion improvement
● Seasoned email campaigner
KRA 3: Explore New Revenue Generation Avenues through Sales Partnerships/Channels
● Formulate and implement strategies to identify potential partnerships & innovative sales

KRA 4: Process Mapping and Adherence
● Defining the Lead Generation Process, implementing and adhering to the defined
process
● CRM Implementation
● Opportunity Funnel Process Setup and adherence
