Job description

Business Development Executive

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 25 k to 30 k per month

Work Mode: Remote

Required Language: English (Must), Telugu /Tamil /Kannada / Malayalam/Marathi /Gujrati/Punjabi/ Bengali

Qualifications:

Bachelors in any field

Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of Experience into core Sales, Telecalling, chat support , or Business Development.

- Experience in the interior designreal estate , Home decor , construction , Architectural design field would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

Identifying new revenue opportunities

Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Attending networking events to attract and retain clients

Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

Assisting with marketing and promotional projects

Collaborating with management on sales goals

Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be confident in generating new B2C and B2B leads by own effort and converting them into sales is most important. Should be able to maintain a good sales conversion ratio. Need to target major B2Bdirect customersbuildersreal estate companychannel partners to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects.

Should be able to perform individually and as a team without any help and should have good potential to achieve the target given by the company.

Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills, and sales strategies skills.

Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, daily reports and excels.

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic, and positive attitude professional.

The candidate is from a real estateinterior design background Would be an added advantage.

Should have good experience in business development growth and should have the potential to achieve the target month on month.

Should be a good and professional team player

Should be able to publish and track properly the weeklymonthlyyearly business plan to accomplish the same completely at the end.

Should be a good motivational team player for the company and ensure all the work and targets are achieved properly in time.
