# Oversee and manage the quality control processes for the production of auto-electrical components, specifically focusing on stators for magnetos, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
# Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and performance of manufactured components within the specified tolerances.
# Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure a high level of competence in evaluating and inspecting auto-electrical components.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
# Conduct regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance overall product quality.
# Analyze and interpret quality data and metrics, generating reports for senior management to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify trends.
# Liaise with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
