Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Visa & Documentation Head to join our team at Infos Connect Consultants pvt ltd. As the Visa & Documentation Head, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Student visa and documentation processes for study abroad programs. This is a Senior level position requiring 8-to 10 years of experience. The job location is Cochin, Kerala, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong Knowledge in filing visa for UK,US,Canada, Australia,Ireland,New Zealand &European Countries
Proven experience in handling visa and documentation processes for study abroad programs.
Strong knowledge of foreign university admission requirements and procedures.
Excellent coordination skills with embassies and other relevant authorities.
Expertise in application and visa documentation.
Experience in conducting embassy interview training.
Knowledge of study abroad programs and destinations.
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the application entire visa and documentation process team for study abroad programs.
Coordinate with foreign universities, embassies, and other authorities to ensure smooth visa processing.
Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents.
Provide guidance and support to students in completing visa requirements.
Conduct embassy interview training for students who have secured admissions.
Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and policies.
Ensure compliance with all visa and immigration laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of visa and documentation processes.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the student experience.
Manage a team of visa and documentation officers.
