Job description

An Associate Creative Director - Art holds the responsibility of devising design solutions with a strong visual impact. This role encompasses attentive client listening and comprehension of their requirements before making design choices. The design brief may originate from the client, creative director, or account manager.

Required Skills: Demonstrates creative acumen Maintains current knowledge of industry software Exhibits proficiency in Adobe suite. Experience in Mainline is essential.

Primary Responsibilities: - Formulating and implementing overarching creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience. - Generates visual remedies for communication needs, leveraging a blend of creative talents and business acumen. - Providing leadership, guidance, and direction to creative teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative professionals. - Generating innovative and compelling ideas, concepts, and designs across various media channels, such as digital, print, video, and experiential. - Crafts professional designs and arrangements for promotional materials, encompassing templates, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual configurations. -Presenting creative concepts, proposals, and campaigns to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, effectively articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and strategies. - Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning among team members. - Displays meticulous attention to detail, adapts flexibly, remains self-motivated, and adheres to deadlines. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising to continually innovate and elevate the creative output.

Qualifications: - Requires a

minimum of 8 years' experience in the advertising domain . Minimum 4 years of managing a creative team - Proficient in Mac OSX, Windows, and various software applications, notably Adobe Suite. - Possesses a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field; equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.
