The person will be responsible for driving strategic projects, planning and leading digital charter to drive excellence in eCommerce capability with our channel partners in the Consumer RTM. The person will also be responsible to delivering innovation in omni-channel experience, building CLM capabilities with channel partners and accountable for end to end project management of key initiatives. This position requires close collaboration across a variety of functions, both across internal and external key partners.

- Drive strategy and business planning initiatives; Develop and engage on multiple projects across several growth engines for the channel - Understand, plan, track and report on all projects including internal briefings, external partner discussions, approvals, manage key landmarks, presentations and executions - Focus to drive eCommerce excellence by building digital got-to-market execution plans, optimizing online customer journey and scaling omni-channel solutions - Work closely with the channel partners and internal cross-functional teams to enable digital capability and transformation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive campaigns execution that leverage partner CLM to maximise return on investments by measuring promotions performance and sales - Complete scorecards and Key Performance Indicator (critical metric) targets
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in relevant field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience
