Responsibilities
· Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
· Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, etc.) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent sourcing skills.
Qualifications
Skills:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Hindi language is mandatory.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
