Key Account Manager

to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and partners.

Responsibilities: Strategic Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed Modern Trade sales targets. Identify growth opportunities in the market and implement effective strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Financial Oversight: Manage budget allocations efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness in sales and marketing activities. Provide accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making processes. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within Modern Trade. Conduct regular business reviews to gather feedback and explore new opportunities for growth. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards, promptly addressing any concerns. Maintain strict compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Customer Satisfaction and Data Analysis: Address customer concerns promptly, using feedback to drive improvements. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that align with our strategic goals. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on new product development, ensuring alignment with Modern Trade preferences and trends. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the food industry. A strong understanding of the Modern Trade channel and its dynamics. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships. An analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and identifying market trends. Results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
