Role Description

This is a full-time HYBRID Role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing. The manager will lead the implementation of digital marketing strategies and oversee the creation and execution of digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive traffic to the website.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in social media marketing, lead generation and digital marketing, performance marketing
• Able to run google ads & meta ads.
• Experience in web analytics and creating and executing digital campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry is a plus
