• Responsible for:
o building material quality testing on site,
o checking reinforcement, formwork and concreting
o QA/QC documentation,
o third part testing, monitoring workmanship of every activity,
o preparing manual mix, ensuring appropriate adhesives usage for stone, tile, cladding and flooring,
o soil compaction testing, managing material storage yard etc.
o handling client's complaints, coordinating and meeting with vendors and contractors.
• Other responsibilities and capabilities:
o External plaster and complete finishing work, leakage treatment work, crack repairing,
o RCC: organizing materials, evaluating quantities of shuttering materials and reinforcement, preparing
BBS,
preparing work schedule.
• Responsible for managing four different sites, resolving on-site queries and providing clients the best
services.
