Job Description :

Telesales Executive Responsibilities: • To achieve monthly targets.
• Should be responsible for cross selling & up selling.
• Resolve all the customer queries.
• Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.
• Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.

Telesales Executive Requirements: • Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
