We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Team Lead to join our passionate team of professionals. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of 4-5 designers and video editors to consistently deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Technical Excellence:
- Demonstrate expertise in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics to ensure the team produces visually appealing and effective creative content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
E-commerce Expertise:
- Leverage 5+ years of experience in supporting e-commerce product brands to guide the team in creating Amazon-specific content that drives sales and enhances brand visibility.
Communication Skills:
- Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide clear, strategic insights.
- Foster open communication within the creative team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
Process Development:
- Establish and optimize creative processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative workflows seamlessly into overall project timelines.
Amazon Creatives:
- Utilize any existing experience with Amazon creatives to enhance the team's ability to create content that aligns with Amazon's guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role with a focus on e-commerce product brands.
- Proven leadership experience, managing a team of designers and video editors.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set and enforce creative processes and standards.
- Strong typography skills.
- Strong minimalist aesthetic design sense.
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience with Amazon creatives.
- Familiarity with Amazon's advertising platform and requirements.
