Application Support Engineer- AWS. location is Raipur work from office.
Jd Experience level is 2 to 5 years' experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience working with an AWS network environment required
- Experience with AWS monitoring and alerts required
- Experience with AWS EKS, configurations, and deployments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to document issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively to team members and supervisors
- Expected to handle stressful situations with tact, respect, and patience
- Experience and proficiency in one or more of the following areas preferred:
- Datadog or similar third party monitoring software
- Amazon Web Services
Responsibilities - Providing L1/L2/L3 Application Support
- Interact with end user on a regular basis
- Incident / Service request ticket creation in ServiceNow and response / restoration
- Monitor Digital Platform and associated dashboards
- Respond to and create/raise incidents in accordance with existing procedures and service level agreement
- Work in different work timinings (shifts)
- Respond to application related (email) alerts/incidents and work towards fixing identified anomalies/issues being reported
- Isolate platform issues and route/escalate to the L3 team, create JIRA tickets
- Technical analysis of JIRA tickets and production issues
- Provide solutions for P1/P2/P3/P4 fixes per the defined SLAs, leveraging existing deployment pipeline to move fixes through SDLC & production
- Troubleshooting, analysis, co-ordination with integration partners / 3rd party apps, custom batch jobs/feeds, etc.
- Create and maintain information and documentation relevant to the Job's responsibilities
- Create and update tickets with 100% accuracy, following established procedures
