This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining client relationships through proactive assistance, query resolution, and consistent follow-up.Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning agency services accordingly. Leverage a proactive approach to assist clients, resolve queries, and address concerns in a timely and effective manner. Expertise in identifying and capitalizing on conversion opportunities through strategic relationship-building and personalized client engagement.Requirements: Proven experience in business development within the advertising industry. Strong proficiency in relationship building, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. In-depth knowledge of branding and communication strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients. Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing client accounts. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
