The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization. The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close agreements with new clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads

  • Present sales and revenue reports to the management team
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrable track record of sales performance and meeting targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
  • Strong networking abilities and business acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Good project management and time management skills
  • Experience in using CRM software and MS Office applications
