Responsibilities :

• Keeping all recruitment-related information updated in ATS, internal databases & reports.
• Screening applicant resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open roles
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
• Coordinating new hire orientations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in human resource management (Completed or Pursuing)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Location : Bangalore

Stipend :15000 - 20000/- Monthly

The internship is for 3 months

Require immediate joiners. An internship certificate shall be provided.
