Job description
- Projects / Modifications - Suggest ideas, analyze & prepare cost/benefit report, discuss ; identify material/equipment/manpower, plan & implement project; Evaluate actual Vs planned benefits in order to reduce cost of production and improve productivity.
- Conceptualizing Project execution plans after through discussion with User Departments.
- Initiate Management of Change (MOC), carrying out GRA (Group Risk Assessment).
- Making Project Schedule and Cost Estimate related to Instrumentation activity of the Project.
- Preparing of Process Flow Diagram and P&ID.
- Prepare Instrument Tag List.
- Based on process parameters prepare Field Instrument Technical specification sheet. ( for Temperature , Pressure and Level Indicators & Transmitters, Sensors, Flow Meters and Load cells ).
- Selection & specification of Instrument Cables, Cable Trays and JB.
- Preparation of IO List.
- Preparation of draft logic based on process SOP with Inter Locks considering process safety.
- Draft specification of PLC / DCS requirement.
- Preparation of UPS / Back up Power specification sheet.
