We're on a quest to redefine travel experiences and are looking for a Social Media Manager to spearhead our Corporate social media efforts and amplify our digital presence. Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will strategize, execute, and oversee our social media campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and enhance customer acquisition through creative and data-driven strategies tailored to the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and brand identity utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok. Plan, create, and manage all published content (e.g., text, images, video) across social media platforms. Ensure content is informative, engaging, and consistent with the brand’s tone and aesthetics. Analyze consumer behavior and adapt social media strategies to align with market trends and product launches. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Engage with the community to build relationships and encourage interaction. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget management, target audience identification, and performance analysis. Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to extend brand reach and credibility. Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and content. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and adjust strategy as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, especially in the travel industry. Deep understanding of social media analytics, consumer behavior, and trend forecasting. Excellent communication skills for engaging with online communities, customers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies on the fly. Prior experience in the Travel industry MUST.
