Job description

Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.

2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with the brand's voice and objectives.

3. Manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

4. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand or industry, and leverage opportunities for engagement and interaction.

5. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

6. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community experience.

7. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's presence and engagement.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

10. Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, and coordinate collaborations and partnerships to expand reach and visibility.

11. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust social media strategies accordingly.

12. Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing, and ensure compliance in all activities and communications.

13. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, scheduling posts and updates in advance to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

14. Provide guidance and support to team members or stakeholders involved in social media activities, including training, coaching, and resource allocation.

15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of social media efforts through analytics and feedback mechanisms, and iterate strategies to optimize performance over time.
